The North Carolina Employment Security Commission, SEC, has received a pair of federal grants, totaling $1 million, that will be used to upgrade its analysis of green jobs in the state’s labor market.

The North Carolina Employment Security Commission, SEC, has received a pair of federal grants, totaling $1 million, that will be used to upgrade its analysis of green jobs in the state’s labor market.
