In his Sept. 19 column “Tricks and Treats,” Bob Greenlee referred to a PLAN-Boulder County question to City Council candidates as “the perfect chance to prattle on about the wonders of environmental purity and how profit-making goals can meld into fascist-oriented capitalism.”

For a community leader with “green” in his name, we would hope that Former Mayor Greenlee would understand two important objectives of PLAN-Boulder County: an unspoiled environment (the green of sustainability) and a strong economy (the green of money).
