Gov. Timothy M. Kaine was in town Thursday to announce state efforts to help a local business create at least 72 jobs over the next three years.
Shenandoah Sustainable Technologies LLC expects to create the jobs as it makes a minimum $600,000 capital investment during that period. SST, which currently employs fewer than 30 people, helps build and retrofit residential and commercial structures using environmentally friendly and cost-efficient technology.
SST President and Director Zach Fettig, 25, of Middleburg, said the number of jobs and capital investment are probably conservative estimates.Read Full Article
