Technical Services Manager-Industrial Wastewater Treatment

We are seeking an energetic, results-oriented Engineer to manage an Industrial Wastewater Technical Services team and to provide technical support to sales, subsidiaries, distributors, and end users. This individual will provide project management, engineering services, technical guidance, and manage laboratory treatability studies. Responsibilities will include preparation of proposals for field trials, application follow-through including on-site service. Additionally, this position will conduct field evaluations of pre-commercial products as well as participate in new product/technology development relative to customer needs. The successful candidate should have excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills. Refinery or petrochemical experience preferred.
Requirements

* M.S. in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline with 3-5 years industrial wastewater experience or a B.S. in related discipline with 7-10 years relevant experience.
* Refinery, petrochemical, or pulp and paper experience preferred.
* Knowledge of biological processes and bioaugmentation relating to wastewater treatment strongly required.
* Professional Engineer’s license preferred.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Willingness to travel - U.S. and international - (30-50%).
* Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
* Relocation to the Gulf Coast region required. Relocation assistance may be available to qualified candidate.
