Account Manager- Industrial Wastewater Treatment

ACCOUNT MANAGER – INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT

We are seeking an energetic, results-oriented Account Manager to establish and maintain sales, manage distributors, and implement marketing strategies for our North America Industrial Wastewater Treatment business. The selected individual will develop and maintain targeted customer accounts to expand the market participation of the product line direct to the end user and partnering with distributors as appropriate. The successful candidate should have demonstrated sales, communication, interpersonal skills and live in, or be open to relocating to, the gulf coast.
Requirements

* B.S./B.A. in Environmental Engineering or related Science, Business Administration or Marketing with a concentration in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology or other applicable discipline.
* 3-5 years or more consultative, B2B sales experience within the Wastewater Treatment market, preferably in the petroleum or petro chemical industries
* Professional Engineer certification preferred
* Experience managing distributor relationships.
* Proven ability for business development, growth and retention.
* Highly decisive and smart risk taker
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Resides in the Gulf Coast area; TX or LA preferred.
* Willingness to travel extensively domestic and international (international segment will grow over the next 2+ years and this person will assist colleagues in EU).
* Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
